According to Human Resources Online, the best time to conduct interviews is on Wednesdays in the morning. Mondays and Fridays are big no-nos since people are quite busy with their tasks on Mondays. Fridays are not the best days as well since employees are focused on their weekend activities. Wednesdays are perfect since hiring officers already have accomplished some of their tasks for the week and can still adjust for the remaining two days.
