Companies always desire to attract, retain, and maximize performing employees. HR in Asia reports that “one-size-fits-all approach will no longer work if businesses want to attract and retain top talent.” Thus, companies will be working on personalizing employee engagement as a strategy for talent management. Employee engagement and productivity can be greatly improved if HR decisions are based on data analytics. Data can be obtained through machine learning algorithms and employee surveys that will allow HR managers to assess the sentiment of its employees.
The problem with employee surveys is that there is a possibility that employees will not answer surveys as truthfully as they can because of fear of being reprimanded. Even if there are a large number of employees who answer surveys, employers might find ways and discover which employees are not happy with the way the company is being run. ~~Lornajane Altura
